plan 1

This is lame, I know I know, typical new year blog starters and all. But I already have this baby - might as well put it to good use wouldn’t you say? 

So as of right now monday January 10th at approximately 3:01 am I am going NOWHERE. and that is all i’m going to say. O_O good riddance. moving on.

I have been at work on countless websites looking up countless ways that I can LOSE WEIGHT. Yes, lose weight. I don’t remember the last time I weighed myself but it’s not about the weight. Repeat after me, B-O-D-Y I-M-A-G-E. I’ve always been naturally in shape. I was a cheerleader blah, blah, blah. That was like 5 years ago. Things change, metabolism changes, et voila. Introducing Chubby Bunny Reyes. So what am I going to do about it? I’ve been beating around the bush. A workout here and there. Healthy meals for two days. I’m a quitter! I could probably do it if I wanted, the real challenge is: I love food. I love to eat. I love looking up recipes. I love cooking. I love baking. I love thinking about food. I love anything and everything food.

So here it is! My own leetle tumble I can fill with frustrations, hunger, pics of fooooood. Anything I want, really.

PLAN 1: (i’m an excellent planner)

seeing as I have nothing to do tomorrow. I have made myself a schedule. I WILL BE AWAKE BY 8:45 AM. I WILL DO MORNING STRETCHES. I WILL TAKE A SHOWER. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO BED.
next up, grocery shopping.

Breakfast:   Oatmeal Squares, Skim Milk, A glass of OJ            375 Cal. (give or take)

Lunch:       1 apple, 1 orange    150 Cal.

Dinner:      grilled chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup carrots      160 Cal.

Snacks:      yogurt, almonds    40/70 Cal. 

So according to this diet plan I will be consuming about 800 calories a day. (give or take) All of this of course will go along with running at least 2 miles per day and daily AB workouts. Cuz who doesn’t want ripped ABS am I right?

SO IT APPEARS THIS MIGHT JUST WORK.

Is this healthy? I DUNNO. It seems like it to me. Any suggestions?
